The Dalton swivel dining stool is a transitionally styled stool with crisp, clean lines. Style features of this dining stool include the upward tapered back with curved top back rail that has a slight center dip and a tightly upholstered seat. For added comfort, the stool has a seat depth the same as all our dining chairs and sinuous wire spring construction. The stool top is attached by memory swivel to an exposed wood base. The elegantly styled wood base with square top tapers into the center with graceful, tapered legs that flow down and outward into feet, which flare at the toe as they meet the floor. This stool has been designed with careful consideration of the spacing between the seat part and the base part for the prevention of catching of fingers between the bottom of the seat and the top of the base and catching of the back of the leg against the stool base when turning from side to side.

Nail Head Trim Options
Designmaster Furniture offers nail head trim on selected chair styles. On some styles nail head trim is a standard feature, on others it is an option. Refer to the product description or ask our customer service representatives where nail head trim is standard to the style or available at an extra charge.
There are two different nail sizes in various color choices. The selections are pictured below for color and size. When ordering, please use the number and letter code given for the nail color and size selected. Nail head color must be specified on the order where nail head trim is standard.
Small Nail Head Trim Options
Small nail heads are applied as shown in the product image if noted as standard to the style. Where they are available as an option, the nails will be applied around the base of the seat and up the sides and across the top of the back with the nails touching.

Dining Stool Kick Plate and Ring Finish Options
Designmaster offers two finishes on dining stool kick plates and rings. The standard finish offered is the brass kick plate and brass-look powder-coated ring. They also offer as an optional finish the brushed nickel kick plate and the satin nickel-plated ring. The optional finish kick plate and ring must be specified when ordering. If orders placed do not specify the optional brushed nickel finish kick plate or satin nickel-plated ring, the standard brass finishes will be applied. The optional brushed nickel finish kick plate and satin nickel-plated ring are available at no additional charge.

Shipping – General Information
Lighting, ceiling fans and most home accents qualify for Free Shipping with some restrictions, such as shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada (More Info).
Orders over $2,500 Ship Free Freight with a few exceptions (More Info).
Shipping by UPS
We use UPS ground service unless you contract with us for a higher level of service. Standard UPS shipping procedures apply for our shipments. We do not ship COD and we are unable to ship to APO's at this time (More Info).
Shipping by Truck Line
Our fine furniture lines are shipped either by common carrier or white-glove delivery service. If you order over the phone, you will be told whether an item qualifies for white-glove delivery or not. Curbside delivery does not include inside delivery & set up, but you can upgrade to this service by calling our Customer Service Department (More Info).
Terms and Conditions
Carolina Rustica warranties that goods delivered will meet the manufacturer’s warranty standards. It is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly inspect all items at the time of delivery. If your furniture arrives damaged, it will be it will be the responsibility of Carolina Rustica, the Delivery Agent and/or the manufacturer to repair or replace the damaged goods. Carolina Rustica and the Delivery Agent reserve the right to repair any damages. If a repair is not possible then a replacement piece will be furnished. In the event a replacement item is required or a piece needs to be returned for repair, please be aware the typical time frame is the same as the original order. If a piece arrives with damage, the customer is responsible for indicating the nature of the damage on the delivery paperwork (the "Bill of Lading") at the time of delivery and notifying Carolina Rustica immediately, but no longer than 1 business day either by phone at 1-800-205-7819 or by email at custservice@carolinarustica.com. If damages are found at the time of delivery, the item must be returned with the delivery company or you should contact us to see if an on-site repair is possible. If there is damage or a defect, and we are neither contacted nor is the item returned at that time, additional delivery charges may apply. Damages not reported on the delivery paperwork will not be the responsibility of the delivery agent or Carolina Rustica. Returns or refunds, if applicable, relating to damage will only be accepted or issued as a result of our inability to repair or reorder an item. If an item must be returned for repair or replacement, this does not constitute grounds for compensation.
Carolina Rustica will handle any issues with the factory, delivery agent or manufacturer. Please inspect your delivery promptly and thoroughly. Any and all damage or other issues must be noted in writing on the delivery papers prior to signing. It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Carolina Rustica within 1 business day of the delivery of any damages relating to the delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders placed with Carolina Rustica are submitted to the manufacturer on your behalf. At this point, Carolina Rustica is financially obligated to purchase the items from the manufacturer. Therefore, we are only able to accept order cancellations within 24 hours from the time the order was placed. Any exception to our cancellation policy will be solely at Carolina Rustica’s discretion. In the event we accept a cancellation beyond the 24-hour period, the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee as well as any transportation charges incurred with the order.
Returns & Exchanges
In the event an item is to be returned after a delivery has been made, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained from Carolina Rustica before returning any product. You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request an RMA. Should you decide to request a RMA, please contact us at custservice@carolinarustica.com or 800-205-7819. Please review our website for other information regarding returns at www.carolinarustica.com/shipping.html. Returns will be subject to actual outbound shipping charges and return shipping charges as well as a re-stocking fee of 10%. Custom produced items (non-stocking items) such as Metal Beds, Custom Wood Finishes on Case Goods and Upholstered Items will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee. Please note, our shipping fees can be anywhere from 20 to 50% of the purchase price.
