All Epicurean Cutting Surfaces are: Dishwasher Safe, Knife Friendly, Maintenance Free, Heat Resistant to 350 degrees, NSF approved and Made in the USA.

The Groovy Gourmet Series features a 3/8 profile in the natural surface color with a slate or natural core, outfitted with a juice groove on one side for versatility and a flat surface on the other side for less succulent fare. Available for those who want a heavier surface but have no need for a juice groove, there is a natural surface with a slate core only. This surface is easy to store or hang, but attractive enough to leave out ready for use.
