Hubbardton Forge Glass Size and Shape Compatibility Chart

How to Choose Hubbardton Forge Glass Options

Many of Hubbardton Forge's lamps/fixtures are available with different glass options. Presented in the glass table are those lamps/fixtures which can take different Shapes as well as Color options.

This table is designed to summarize the color options. For the shape and size options, please click here. This will direct you to an extremely helpful chart on selecting a compatible glass shade for your Hubbardton Forge light.

The first digit of the glass code indicates the color and the following digits indicate the shape.
For example:
• G01 is an Opal 6" Dome;
• H12 is a Stone 14" Bell;
• ZW115 is a Soft Amber 7" Globe.

*Note: Glass/fixtures with glass options, but not appearing on the chart are only available with one glass shape. The option, therefore, is for color only and you would not use the table.

Glass Finishes

Glass Finishes	Color Code	Description
Opal	G xx	Acid etched with white interior casing.
Pearl	ZX xx	A matte, light cream color when unlit, it glows warm with very unique, delicate patterns of undulating clouds when lit.
Stone	H xx	Acid etched with a soft earth tone exterior and white interior casing.
Soft Amber	ZW xx	Soft caramels and muted shades of amber when unlit, these flowing and playful patterns come alive when lit. Soft Amber has a matte finish that is warmer, but with a finer patterning than our Stone Glass.
Seeded Clear	I xx	Clear with encapsulated bubbles.
Ivory	J xx	Screened ivory with sandblasted exterior.
Sand	S xx	Screened beige with sandblasted exterior.
Water	W xx	Clear with a gently contoured surface.
Clear	ZM xx	Clear, colorless.

Amber Swirl	A xxx	Slightly marbleized translucent light amber gloss finish.
White	B xxx	Slightly marbleized translucent white gloss finish.
Ivory	C xxx	Slightly marbleized translucent soft ivory gloss finish.
Blue	E xxx	Translucent cobalt blue, sandblasted on base.
Amber	F xxx	Translucent amber, sandblasted on base.
Red	R xxx	Translucent deep red, sandblasted on base.
Topaz	ZB xxx	Translucent swirls of deep brown and amber, sandblasted on base.
Forest	ZE xxx	Slightly marbleized translucent swirls of green and earth tones, sandblasted on back.
Blue Sky	ZF xxx	Slightly marbleized translucent swirls of cobalt blue and white, sandblasted on back.
Multi Color Pack	Q xxx	Set of colored inserts of a specific size.
Acrylic	Color Code	Description
Decaf Alabaster	ZG xxx	Slightly marbleized translucent white, gloss finish.
Mica	ZH xxx	Slightly marbleized translucent amber and orange.
Red	ZI xxx	Solid translucent deep red, sandblasted on back.
Blue	ZJ xxx	Solid translucent cobalt blue, sandblasted on back.

Please note: Small blemishes and bubbles are inherent in mouth-blown glass and are not considered defects. Due to the nature of the glass- making process, the pattern and balance of color in the glass may vary significantly within a piece and from one piece to another. It is the individuality of each piece that is so sought after.
