BDI’s contemporary collection of home furnishings includes occasional tables, shelves, and more. Designed to enhance the living space, these versatile collections are perfect for a variety of decors. The versatile Casata Console is a beautifully functional console with doors or a unique solution for a flat panel TV stand and a small home theater system. The lower glass cabinet appears to float within Casata's beveled wood frame. IR-friendly grey tinted glass doors conceal three compartments for components or storage with one adjustable shelf each. The open middle shelf can be used as a display shelf, for smaller electronic components, or for a center channel speaker. The back features lower removable back panels for easy access to cables and components. Available in Natural Walnut or Black Stained Oak finishes, and recommended for flat panel TVs up to 60 inches.

The Hokkaido tables have an elegant simplicity that disguises tremendous strength. A rich wood grain surrounds the cutout section on the lower shelf, while the UV-bonded tempered glass is supported with stainless steel legs. These distinctive tables are available in a variety of sizes in either Espresso on Oak, Natural Walnut or Chocolate Stained Walnut finish.

The Stream tables are streamlined and sleek, indeed. The collection includes two coffee table models, a console and an end table, all featuring solid bands of satin-nickel plated steel supporting an espresso stained oak wood panel shelf and glass top.

Why might my wood finish appear different than it did in the store?

BDI's designs which feature wood are constructed of natural wood and wood veneers. Wood products, by their very nature, will sometimes have variations in finish and wood grain from one piece of furniture to the next. This is to be expected with any wood product, and this variability is part of the natural beauty of the product.

How do I choose the design that is best for me?

BDI Home Theater Furniture designs are available in a variety of styles and sizes to fit most applications. To narrow your search, please compare dimensions and specifications on all models, or search for the models that are recommended for your TV size and type. How much weight will a specific model hold?

Each model's Web page lists BDI's recommended TV size range and weight capacities; these are somewhat conservative guidelines. With TVs, you generally want to consider the aesthetics of the TV on the stand to see if the unit looks "right" before you worry about the weight. That is, if the desired TV appears top-heavy, or overhangs on each side of the stand, we recommended that you consider a larger-size BDI model. BDI models are sized to accommodate most A/V components (DVD player, A/V Receiver, etc.). Refer to the listed frame opening, shelf depth and shelf capacity to determine if the BDI stand you are considering will accommodate your system. What can I find the dimensions of each item?

Is the glass tempered?

Yes. All glass used in BDI furniture designs is tempered safety glass.

How are BDI components and furniture constructed?

BDI's furniture features the highest-grade steel, glass and wood materials to ensure the best quality.

What do I do if a shelf arrives broken or scratched?

Every effort is made to provide you with a well-packaged, high-quality product. If one of your shelves arrives cracked, chipped or otherwise damaged, please contact the Dealer from whom you purchased the product. Please be aware of the prevailing industry standard with regards to scratches and minor imperfections in commercial glass: If the imperfection is not visible to the naked eye from three feet away in regular lighting conditions, then it is considered acceptable.

Can I purchase an additional shelf for my BDI stand?

If you would like to purchase an additional shelf for a BDI stand, please send an email to BDI at [email protected]. Please specify the exact style and model that you have. We cannot always accommodate these requests, but we will do our best to meet your need.

How much assembly is required?

Most BDI Home Theater Furniture designs ship flat and are ready to assemble (with the exception of the cabinets, which ship almost fully-assembled). All models are engineered to assemble quickly and easily, normally within 30 minutes time or less, and most include any required tools.

How do I clean my BDI Furniture?

All glass shelves and tops can be cleaned with glass cleaner. Wood and steel parts should be cleaned with a slightly damp (not saturated) clean, cloth towel. If moisture remains, dry the surface with a cloth towel. If needed, a gentle non-abrasive cleanser may be used, but be sure to wipe away all cleaner residue and dry the surface with a cloth towel.
