Asian Precision is a traditional Japanese knife line manufactured in Seki, Japan, an ancient an historical city recognized globally for its sword and knife production. The Rockwell hardness of this knife line is 57-58, which is slightly higher than Messermeister's German series, and the cutting edge is extremely sharp. Both of these features are consistent with the Japanese tradition of cutlery. Stamped, Full Tang, High-Carbon No-Stain Molybdenum 440A Steel, Paper Pakkawood Composite Handle, Three-Rivet Construction, Individually Gift Boxed, Made in Seki, Japan.
