The Meridian Elite is one of Messermeister's two high-end cutlery lines which are one-piece fully forged from a single blank of steel. Meridian Elite knives have a comfortable, traditional styled handle that is riveted to a full tang. These knives have the sharpest edges of all forged cutlery.
