John Boos is proud to announce it is now producing cutting boards, blocks, and work tables with American Cherry wood. American Cherry is for the cook who appreciates the durability of a hardwood butcher block, but who prefers a deep, rich appearance. This table feature American Cherry in an oil-rubbed or varnique* finish. Comes with cherry slatted lower shelf.

*Note - Varnique finish is not for cutting use.
