Quoizel Lighting Groups
Quoizel distinguishes between four major broad categories of style: European, Americana, Contemporary, and Bohemian.
The European Collections include the Chamonix, the Genova, and the Tuscany lighting groups. Modern American homes often reflect a return to European roots, whether of French, English, or Mediterranean origins. These traditional European styles are generally more formal and ornamented, and have a comfortable authenticity still relevant to today's lifestyles, such as the Chamonix grouping, shown here. This collection has an incredibly versatile look, offering a casual elegance with European influences. The fashionable rubbed finish brings a warm and comfortable feeling to any room setting. The Genova group is inspired by the Italian port city of the same name, rich in diverse architecture and of an enduring, unassuming spirit. The gently twisted glass is reminiscent of the winding city streets. The Tuscany Collection will always be in style because of the combination of these elements as well. These fixtures come in Corinthian Bronze finish, which is darkened antique gold with dusty highlights and matte finish.

The second style category is Americana. Ever since the days of Paul Revere, lamps and lighting have illuminated the American experience. Characteristics such as hand-forging with hammered effects, dressy brushed brass that recalls Back Bay townhomes, and even lodge-style flourishments taken from the Old West design. These styles and more are represented in the Americana category, with best-selling groups such as the Englewood and New England Collections. The Englewood Collection features a wrought iron design accenting an earthy leaf motif and unique, handmade, trumpeted glass shades. The amber color gradation on the shades brings out the casual warmth of this rustically romantic look. The New England Collection gives a nod to timeless style of the magnificent ocean liners of the 1920s and 1930s, but is updated for the homes of today. It is a handsome classic look that is always in fashion.
In recent years, Contemporary has become the fastest-growing style grouping here at Carolina Rustica, and Quoizel has experienced the same kind of interest in their own lighting collections. Contemporary/Modern is the most evolving style current today. Clean, bright design is critically important to the open style of today's living areas, and Quoizel has responded with beautifully designed chandeliers, sconces, and pendants. For example, the Delray Collection offers a soft contemporary look with gently swooping lines, placing it on the more subtle side of modern design. Choose from two fabulous finishes to make a smart and stylish statement in your home. The Deluxe Collection offers a swank, soft modern look paying homage to the days when Frank, Dean and Sammy were serving martinis in their sleek Palm Springs homes.
The Bohemian group literally "throws away the rule book" of old-school design. Bohemian lighting groups embrace the experimental, in form, attitude, material, and texture. You'll find Quoizel styles that give unexpected emotional edges to lighting solutions, from the whimsical to the romantic to the theatrical. The most popular groups within the Bohemian collection are the Bistro and the Gotham Collection. The Bistro Collection features a relaxed styling of this piece and has a bit of whimsy with its swirled vine and leaf motif. The wrought iron and the warm, mottled finish add to the overall feel of its hip, coffeehouse style. The Tiffany-style Gotham Collection is a great way to bring the drama of Tiffany glass into a contemporary or modern room setting. The hand-cut, iridescent art glass is alternated to form a slender triangle pattern in shades of rich ebony and warm yellow. Simply stunning. Comes in Vintage Bronze finish.
Lighting Configurations
Quoizel not only offers an incredible variety of styles across their vast collections, but they also offer many lighting options and configurations within a lighting group.
