I would certainly like the 'public' to know how wonderful it is to deal with Carolina Rustica.
In August I placed an order for a Currey & Company lamp, Item #6234 Saturn TL with shade. Once I received it, it broke whiile I was screwing the finial onto the lamp. When I called your company to order another lamp, I was treated with such concern by Richard, asking me whether I had been cut, whether I was all right. He was most helpful and gracious. When I asked how much I owed, he said it would be free of charge.

I had asked Richard whether I could send back the base and electrical long stem (I don't know the correct word) and have you replace the glass bowl of the lamp. He said a new lamp would be sent out free of charge.

I have dealt with Keila when placing the order, Richard when calling to order a second lamp and Megan to question the delivery date of the second lamp you were sending out to me. Each of the people with whom I spoke was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. What a pleasure dealing with them.

Your company was so very gracious in replacing the original lamp free of charge to me, and I want you to know how very much I appreciate your generosity.

I wanted to thank Vicki in Customer Service for first of all helping me order my two Wesley Allen Iron Beds. The estimated delivery was 4 weeks ~ wahoo 2 1/2 weeks later.......the beds came early. UPS called and they thought I had to pay freight. With one quick call to Vicki, all was taken care of. In fact the UPS man agreed that it was the fastest customer service he had ever seen and he has been working for them for 20+ years. That alone speaks volumes! It took around 5 minutes to clear it all up. Now for the beds....both beautiful, high quality and great accents to our home. The pictures online did not do them justice. I'm glad I went and looked at them locally first. Thanks again!

My sister (not that you will remember my order from before Christmas) called to exchange the original cutting board for a grooved board, and found the company very receptive and quick to make the change she requested, even picking up the original board at your cost.
