The staff at Carolina Rustica ably and politely assisted me in ordering a custom sized table from Charleston Forge. I was delighted b y their follow up service and price. The delivery of the table set, from NC to CA, was done by Sun Service, the most professional moving service. Everything , from the online questionnaire regarding delivery time and regulations to the actual stop was top drawer. Thanks to everyone.

Just wanted to write and say "thank you!!!" for the wonderful experience of purchasing from your store. I found your site one day doing a search for a particular tiffany light fixture. I found it for the best price on your site and when I called to make sure that it would fit a particular ceiling fan, the individual who took my call contacted the lighting store and the ceiling fan manufacture, and then called me back with the information. I also discovered that you had the best price on the ceiling fan I wanted, so I ordered 2 of the fans and 2 of the light fixtures. The fans came earlier this week and when I called your customer service to ensure the light fixtures were on their way, the individual looked the information up, told me they had been shipped the day before and that I should be receiving them Friday (today). They arrived safely and are beautiful!
After discovering your site and before ordering the fans/light fixtures, I viewed many other items on your site and have ordered several things. When one of the items was not available, I received a call from your store advising me of same and walking me through a possible replacement. I don't think I have ever received such service from any store and know I haven't from any internet source. Many of my co-workers and friends have discussed how true customer service has pretty much gone by the wayside for many businesses--it has been a pleasure discovering it alive and well at Carolina Rustica.
