I would like to just let you know that I received my furniture today from Hickory White and I am so happy with my purchase. The Bedroom Set is so pretty and everything I was hoping it would be. The delivery service was great and on time. I will defiantly keep you and refer you to others as well for future purchases. Thank you so much for everything.

I wanted to thank you for the beautiful headboard that I recently purchased. It was an antique nickel with the glass balls on the post. I'm very happy and so glad I was able to purchase it online.
I ordered another metal frame headboard online and when it came it was almost black and so cheap looking. I was so disappointed.
I was visiting a friend and drove by a cute store which displayed Wesley Allen iron headboards. I went in and was pleased with the one they had displayed and knew I needed to buy a better quality headboard to make my bedroom look fabulous. They only could show me antique nickel in a catalog though. The headboard was close to a thousand dollars too with no returns. I couldn't do it so I didn't make the purchase. I came home and was so disappointed. I googled the company and found your site and was very excited because it was priced better and had a return policy.

Recently I ordered a Minka-Aire fan from you and then decided to order the light kit as well. My son installed both for me yesterday and I cannot tell you how pleased we are with it! It is exactly right for my narrow kitchen with the tall white cabinets. It is not too large and not too low and the light blends beautifully with the main fixture in the kitchen. The fan is so quiet you do not hear it running. My son will probably be ordering from you sometime soon as well as he and his wife are remodeling their kitchen too. I am so pleased that I found Carolina Rustica! I only wish it had been sooner. I am singing your praises for service and merchandise selection in any case.

Just a note to let you know that the chair was delivered today. I think we will be very satisfied with it. The quality is great, it's comfortable and feels solid. The wrong chair was delivered the first time. Within minutes, Sun Delivery had called me about it. A week later, 15 April 2011, the correct chair was delivered. Both chairs were in perfect condition. During both deliveries, Sun Delivery personnel were very courteous, professional and careful. Everyone I dealt with, including both delivery teams, were great. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. What I greatly appreciated was the way Sun Delivery kept me in the loop.....good communications. Just good communication, like this, would absolutely improve customer relations for any company.....at least with customers like me. The same goes for Carolina Rustica people. In the future, should a furnishing need arise, I intend to give Carolina Rustica first shot and I hope they hire Sun Delivery!

I rec'd my order just last week and it was missing a few little clips from the filing drawers, I called and spoke to a nice guy who took the time for me to explain what I was needing and low and behold I rec'd the merchandise today via UPS.

Being a business owner myself, I must tell you what a positive experience that I have had with my purchase. This was my wife and my first major purchase online without actually seeing the furniture. Needless to say, we were apprenhesive about making such a purchase online. You went beyond the call to help me in matching furniture and chairs for my new home office. I have never been treated so nicely (and consistently at that) when dealing with a Company. So kudos to your Company. I can only hope that I the ensuing delivery goes as smoothly.

My wife and I received our replacement hutch Saturday, 2/12/11. We are pleased with the construction and finish of the replacement piece. On Saturday, our dining room table was finally delivered. And now, after seeing how truly beautiful it is, I can honestly say it was well worth the wait!
