Just wanted to write and say "thank you!!!" for the wonderful experience of purchasing from your store.  I found your site one day doing a search for a particular tiffany light fixture.  I found it for the best price on your site and when I called to make sure that it would fit a particular ceiling fan, the individual who took my call contacted the lighting store and the ceiling fan manufacture, and then called me back with the information.  I also discovered that you had the best price on the ceiling fan I wanted, so I ordered 2 of the fans and 2 of the light fixtures.  The fans came earlier this week and when I called your customer service to ensure the light fixtures were on their way, the individual looked the information up, told me they had been shipped the day before and that I should be receiving them Friday (today). They arrived safely and are beautiful!

After discovering your site and before ordering the fans/light fixtures, I viewed many other items on your site and have ordered several things.  When one of the items was not available, I received a call from your store advising me of same and walking me through a possible replacement. I don't think I have ever received such service from any store and know I haven't from any internet source.  Many of my co-workers and friends have discussed how true customer service has pretty much gone by the wayside for many businesses--it has been a pleasure discovering it alive and well at Carolina Rustica.  Please pass along my thanks to all of the individuals who work in your store as I know it takes a team to have a successful business. I know I will pass along your web site to others.

This is a real show piece! This one hangs over my dining room table which can be see from the main entrance if our home. Its really different and we have had a lot of compliments on it. We also enjoyed it so much that we purchased the mini peds too to go over our kitchen bar. They are also wonderful too!! Can't go wrong with Landmark...their quality is superb!!

I've always wanted a beautiful bed frame but never liked the ones you see in most furniture stores. This one is my dream iron bed, made to last a lifetime and I mean that literally. We ordered 2 rocking chairs from you in January. When they were delivered, one was broken.  All it took to get it replaced was a phone call to your store and another one was on the way.  These days customer service seems to be a thing of the past, but you made it clear that you operate differently and the customer is important.  My husband and I were very impressed.

I finally got to see my beds on Saturday, they are lovely. I’m so happy and the long has been very worth while. We managed to get the two twin beds and the day bed with trundle unit set up but my king size bed has to wait a little longer due to still having a bath room suite in the middle of my bedroom; hopefully the bathroom suite will be fitted in its rightful place very soon.
Again thank you so much with all your help, especially in helping me getting the mattress. I hope your boss realizes he has an exception sales lady in his shop and it is not often to get some like your self going that extra mile for a customer, for that I am truly thankful.
