Wesley Allen beds are hand-crafted by expert artisans and made without compromise of quality. Their beds and headboards have some outstanding features: UniBody Construction UniBody Construction features a process employed by Wesley Allen that starts with a heavy gauge iron for the frame. Their skilled craftsmen meticulously weld each piece together paying close attention to detail. The decorative castings are then hand-poured directly over the welded iron bed-frame to create an exceptionally solid one-piece bed. This process produces a bed that is the perfect balance of strength and style. More Information about Wesley Allen's Bed Construction Process.
Exclusive PowerBond Finish Wesley Allen applies the PowerBond finishing process which many industry experts consider to be the most durable finish available on any iron bed. The character of your Wesley Allen bed comes to life as their talented artisans create the finish you've selected for your bed. Each finish is hand-applied, layer upon layer, to create the distinctive look that only Wesley Allen can create for your bed. The painted finish is then baked on in specialty ovens where extremely high temperatures produce a PowerBond finish of superior durability and depth. Millennium Frame System Wesley Allen's Millennium Frame System uses high-gauge steel to ensure durability, strength, and maximum support for the mattress and box spring. Three cross rails welded with "V" brackets create five additional points of contact for each bed. Side rails are engineered specifically to add greater strength in the corners, where bed stress is most likely to occur. Please note that when ordering a headboard, the bed-frame is not included and must be included as a separate item on the order.
Limited Lifetime Warranty Wesley Allen offers one of the best warranties in the industry. The company warrants to the original consumer purchaser that its furniture will be free from defects in material and workmanship under conditions of normal household use for as long as original purchaser owns the furniture.
